Keri is your main contact and serves as the Executive Director.  She has over a dozen years of experience working with international students, their host families, and local school districts in the midwest in various capacities.  Her efforts have inspired hundreds of young men and women from almost every continent and she has helped handfuls of schools reach educational and fundraising goals.  It is Keri's commitment and dedication to quality cultural and educational experiences that has earned her awards and special grants for her work.  She is designated by the American government as a FLEX Scholarship Coordinator with special training to work with students of the former Soviet Republics.  She has also completed several courses on concerns of the non-profit sector.  A degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Management and Marketing prepare her with insight and tools necessary to lead those in the for-profit sector.  Much of her work has required a strong Sales background.  Keri's enthusiasm and tireless drive to help make dreams come true are key factors in assuring partners and program participants become Culturally Connected!

Taylor is a Peer Liaison for the ESL Programs. Her role is to help middle school-aged students feel comfortable upon arrival and to help them with cultural orientation throughout their stay.  She has hosted ten exchange students in her home with her family and looks forward to working with the international student groups.  Taylor is an Honor Roll student and takes part in Band, Choir, Art Club and International Club.  She has been a competitive gymnast, a cheerleader, a member of the summer swim teamand her church's youth group and their bell choir.

Conversation Club
- These are students that participate with the International Club at the Middle School in Wilmington.  Members of the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades have expressed interest in learning about new languages and cultures.  Interaction with students such as these is meant to help younger ESL program participants adapt to their new environment and feel more comfortable in the American culture.
