This is meant to be a short-term excursion encouraging partnership between two classrooms exploring mutually interesting topics such as language, culture, academic course work, etc.
Teachers would become familiar with each other, and their "sister classroom," or already be in touch with the goal of eventual exchange travel. Penpal friendships between students are a wonderful tool in paving the way!
Classroom excursions are typically short-term and can be arranged for one week, two weeks, or up to a one-month plan, depending on the schools and teachers involved.
